We meet once a month, and this is usually on a Monday evening that is best for the core members. It does shift around based on travel, holidays, and such things. We start casually with a potluck light meal and to socialize around 5pm, and then begin officially at 6 with a short meditation led by different folks each month. We long to meet the needs of those present - so if all present are here for self care, we divide up and give and receive a Healing Touch session, if an apprentice is needed to give a full one hour session, we make that happen, and then that person may only get a short self care session, and if questions around a specific technique come up - we look it up in the notebooks, techniques books, and do a demonstration and all of us use that technique for the share. We try very hard to end on time at 8pm. Feel free to email me, for this months date we are meeting.
